In this paper, it analyzes the defects of teacher’s professional development, in the current education management environment, combined with the research achievements of the current way of professional teacher’s development at home and abroad. And from the importance of the construction of campus culture and its influence on teachers’ professional development, it also analyses how to provide teachers with the external environment, conditions and mechanism and other professional software development support,taking the kindergarten as an example, from the perspective of the ideological and cultural construction, and through the implementation of the management behavior; and the kindergarten teachers in different periods are analyzed and it implements related countermeasure, by capturing the teacher shines and creating a competitive atmosphere to establish cooperation sharing consciousness, construct demonstration platform and award the honor, based on the identification methods, so as to meet the needs of the teachers and arouse the teachers’ professional development needs and self awareness, therefore effectively promoting the teacher’s professional development.Through the analysis of relevant theories and examples, the author thinks that the construction of campus culture for the growth of teachers’ professional development is mainly embodied in promoting the growth of teachers’ professional knowledge and skills and to promote teachers’ professional ethics and ideological cultivation.It also has a positive effect on scientific research of teachers’ learning initiative and team cooperation and teachers’ self-reflection.Therefore it can effectively promote teachers’ professional development and growth. Hope that through the author’s research,it can provide preschool education institutions, especially the kindergarten managers with new method of how to promote preschool teachers’ new growth at the management level through the soft environment construction.
