The new curriculum reform, points out that education is "for the Renaissance of the Chinese nation, for the development of every student". In fact, without the progress of teachers, there is no student’s progress and development, no more beautiful future of the motherland, and because of the basic national conditions of China’s big population base, in both theory field and practice field are too much attention to teacher’s professional development, and ignores the teacher’s main body status, more ground teachers’ subjective effect is hard to play, will inevitably affect the students’ individual development. So, in this paper, starting from the perspective of philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, this paper mainly introduces the Russian teachers’ self development of the dynamic system of related problems, summarize the experience and lesson of its development, thus caused profound reflection of teachers in a professional career in our country, provide some rationalization for teachers’ self development in our country, the feasibility of the guide, promote the self-development of the teachers in our country. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, this paper discusses the selected topic reason, the selected topic significance, literature review, the definition, research methods and research innovation and deficiencies; The second part expounds the essence and characteristics of information teaching platform, reveals the basic situation of Russian teachers’ self development, information teaching platform and the relationship of the teachers’ self development, analyzes in detail the Russian method and characteristics of teachers’ self-development; The third part, elaborated the information platform of teaching Russian teachers’ self development dynamic system, this paper expounds the dynamic system, theoretical basis, structure, the nature of proprietary property, as well as the dynamic system of teachers’ self-development in professional principles and laws, etc. Fourth part to the information teaching platform system of teacher education between the two countries are compared and summed up the common development trend of teachers’ self development system between the two countries, hoping to improve teachers’professional self-development system in our country, for the teachers’ self development direction in China. Because with informatization, lifelong, increased awareness of globalization, the traditional teacher education system already can’t adapt to the rapid development of education, teachers only give full play to its own principal role and establish its own subject consciousness, personality development, clear the development of the teachers is a gradual process of self management, only into teachers’ self development career in the dynamic system of communication, interactive learning, to promote teachers’ self-development. Countries do about the development of the teachers’ self education policy update and subsequent security work, enhance their prospective, only in such a system, can produce out of the world, out of time, people always keep natural society, conforming to the requirements of the society and education workers.
