Research On The Improvement Of The Mode Of Scientific Research Project Funds Management Of Liaoning University

In recent years, our country vigorously advocates and promotes the construction of an innovative country, leading to the increase in the number of scientific research project than ever before. Colleges and universities are important institutions of science and technology innovation and research in the society, Universities and colleges receive more and more and higher level scientific research projects. Scientific research project funds management work has become more and more important in colleges and universities, and the relationship between the level of scientific research and scientific research project funds management level is positive correlation. Along with the scientific research project funds income increasing, however, there are a series of problems merging in the management of funds, expenditure of scientific research in colleges and universities costs and use problems, scientific research project funds use efficiency is not high. Causing problems in expenditure and use of scientific research project funds in colleges and universities, the efficiency of using scientific research project funds is not high. The supervision of scientific research project funds is not enough and staff don′t fulfill his duties, such as behavior are the very important questions that scientific research project funds management of colleges and universities face with. So, if colleges and universities want to improve the level of scientific research project funds management and further improve the level of scientific research, they must realize the importance of university scientific research project funds management. Based on current problems existing in the management of scientific research project funds, analyze the causes of problems, and further develop reasonable solutions of scientific research project funds management. How to design the scheme of university scientific research project funds management, making the universities’ scientific research project funds to be used reasonable and effectively, has become an important issue that the staff in colleges and universities are facing with.Based on the practical situation of Liaoning University, this paper analyzes financial management problems in the research project of LNU, and improves mechanism of financial management, designs reasonable and effective financial management mode of research project based on the situation of LNU.
