Enlightenment reason to achieve philosophy “Disenchantment”, at the same time, degenerated to instrumental rationality. Instrumental rationality is a way of understanding and examining the world in the way of subject-object opposition thinking mode, cognitive object can be controlled and treated as objects of use, In pursuit of material benefits maximization as the goal, such rationality inherent value dimension withdraw from a rational view.Since the contemporary, instrumental rationality penetrated all aspects of society, even being ideological, then education could not escape the erosion of instrumental rationality. In teaching, teachers play the subject role of teaching, as the dominator of class, is also the only interpretation of knowledge, cramming education become the true feelings of the students, resulting in losing a reasonable channel that students participate in the creation of knowledge and research on the existentialism meaning behind the knowledge, losing optimization space of students’ personality development and creative ability. Philosophy in the digestion of subject-object opposition has made a forward-looking demonstration, the birth of philosophy paradigm, such as "Inter Subjectivity" "Communicative Rationality" and Existentialism, provides a logical support for the improvement of teaching methods."Dialogue Teaching" dating back to the Confucius of Spring and Autumn Period, but a long time did not make it lose its existence value. On the contrary, the proliferation of instrumental rationality highlights its contemporary value. Exploring the existentialism meaning of “Dialogue Teaching”, in theory, is a realistic performance of rejection instrumental rationality; in practice, is a correspondingly demanded of eliminating the alienation of human existence, realizing people’s entire development.“Dialogue teaching” has a distinct interdisciplinary, relates to philosophy, education, sociology and other disciplines. This article intends to analyze from philosophical standpoints, deepening the understanding of "Dialogue teaching",starting with existentialism meaning. This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the meaning of "dialogue teaching".The paper is divided into five chapters, further studying on existentialism meaning of “Dialogue teaching”. The first chapter is an introduction, which mainly discusses the research background, literature review and concept definition.The second chapter is an interpretation about existentialism of “Dialogue teaching”. Firstly, introduces the connotation and characteristics of "Dialogue teaching", cardinal idea of existentialism. Secondly, expounds philosophical interpretation of education and leaning. Lastly, existentialism horizon of “Dialogue teaching” is discussed deeply.The third chapter is discourse talks about existentialism meaning of “Dialogue teaching”, its essence is a kind of life that actualizing wisdom and highlighting the value of life demands. Starting from the differences between teachers and students’ roles in teaching, respectively expounds existentialism meaning of “Dialogue teaching” among different performance of teachers and students.The fourth chapter is to discuss practical value about existentialism meaning of “Dialogue teaching”, including two parts: dialogue is a due choice for human to eliminate survival crisis, implementing Implement Scientific Outlook on Development 、 realizing people’s entire development. Only stepping into the Communist society can be truly realize discard “alienation”.The fifth chapter is a summary of this article, also is to summarize research findings, pointing out problems and shortcomings that exist in my own research, and further demonstrates the significance of Marxism practical ontology.
