The lottery can take advantage of the social surplus resources to fund the community together, then serve the masses. So is the lottery industry in various countries to improve the social resource utilization in a big way. Because China’s sports lottery industry is still in its infancy, sports lottery management departments have not yet fully aware of the future development prospects as well as specific sports lottery management strategy, ignoring the importance of promoting the network, and therefore China’s sports lottery industry has been in recession stage, did not achieve substantial development, poor sales. By analyzing the Marketing Theory, the theory and the combination of sports lottery, and then develop a reasonable program of development is the direction of the sports lottery industry needs to focus on. This paper through objective analysis of specific development of China Sports Lottery Industry as well as the future direction of the sports lottery as a key Internet marketing, combining theory with practice, starting from the point of view of Internet marketing, analysis prerequisites established sports lottery and the current development status, And advanced marketing theory into one detailed and objective analysis of the deficiencies that exist in the current Internet marketing; utilizing SWOT mode current sports lottery industry development environment made a systematic analysis, pointed out its presence in the development process deficiencies and the need for further improvement, and then make a series of solutions.At the beginning of this article is an introduction, the overall presentation of the thesis writing background, purpose, specific theoretical introduction and thesis uniqueness. The second part of this paper describes the thesis in theory, focusing on the definition of sports lottery, sports lottery’s current development situation and development prospects, marketing and sports lottery marketing meaning strengths and weaknesses and so on. The third part of the article describes the sports lottery internet marketing, focusing on the shortcomings of the definition, development, uniqueness and the current development of network marketing exist, from four angles start to analyze Internet Marketing. The fourth part analyzes the sports lottery concrete realization of network operation external conditions, the overall development, local development and external objective environment to start dividing these three angles. The fifth part is the realization of sports lottery marketing network urgent need to address the problem, including eight aspects, such as target market positioning fuzzy; single type of product; poor price adjustment flexibility; management system is not perfect; the lack of relevant legal support; sports lottery management personnel lack of capacity and so on. The sixth part of this paper, the above problems and specific developments made targeted observations, mainly to determine market positioning, to ensure the uniqueness of innovative products, the price adjustment programs, marketing, management reform programs and the promotion of relevant laws building regulations and so on. At the end of this paper made a comprehensive summary, and come to solutions, it is conducive to the further development of sports lottery.
