Physical activities for children are the important educational activities for children in daily life in the kindergarten, which is an important factor that affects the children’s physical and mental development. The quality and effect of the physical activities directly relate to the children’s physical and mental development, so the teachers’ scientific guidance of physical activities for children is generally concerned. In order to know the guidance state of Proficient preschool teachers in physical activities for children, the guidance conduct of physical activities of preschool teachers is carefully observed by the research method combining sampling time and event sampling in this research, and further interview for preschool teachers is carried out, encoding the observed data. The research method combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used, to analyze specific conditions of guidance conduct of physical activities of preschool teachers.The results show that the guidance of Proficient preschool teachers is positive and comprehensive, including four points-protection function, assistance function, incentive function and emotional function; the guidance conduct of physical activities is mainly initiated by teachers with the strong initiative of the guidance; the guidance content is comprehensive with clear object. The main content of guidance conduct is motion ability. The guidance conduct initiated by teachers focuses on discipline education, and the guidance conduct passively responded by teachers focuses on social interaction. The media of guidance conduct is mainly “oneself”; the guidance identity is mainly the “bystander”; the guidance method of excellent preschool teachers is flexible. The guidance of speech is mainly “description-oriented”, and the guidance of motion is mainly “assistance-oriented”; the emotion and attitude of excellent preschool teachers are good, so the emotion and attitude accompanied with the guidance conduct mainly focus on positive and neutral emotions; the guidance effect of excellent preschool teachers is significant, and the guidance result should be accepted by the children.Proficient preschool teachers is the role model of the novice teacher. According to the advantage of Proficient preschool teachers’ guide behavior of physical activity, the novice preschool teachers made the following recommendations: establish correct functional of teachers’ guidance; have strong problem consciousness; guide content comprehensive and points to clear; Flexible use the supervising method;Keep optimistic mood; Cultivate good professional quality.The teachers’ guidance conduct has four defects below: The activation and inspiration of part of the students’ desire for motion may be ignored; the needs of children themselves may be ignored or rejected; the “guidance-oriented” guidance conduct is few but disciplinary education is too much. Researchers believe that in order to better guide physical activities, preschool teachers should properly handle the fun and education of physical activities for children, concern the children’s motion experience, willingness and demands, strengthen the scientificalness of teachers’ judgment in problems and guidance method, and coordinate the relationship between discipline education and children’s’ freedom.
