Based on the theory of psychological stress coping and positive psychology,this paper designs a three-month teaching experiment based on kumpfer’s psychological resilience.The pre-test,data comparison and analysis are carried out to determine the experimental process of the experimental group.The students in the experimental class use the pressure-oriented physical education course to teach.The control class adopts routine teaching.other experimental factors were consistent.To study the effect of the application of stress-oriented physical education course on improving students’ ability to resist stress.The changes of physical quality and motor skill are compared and analyzed.To provide new methods for physical education curriculum design,to improve the psychological quality of secondary vocational kindergarten teachers to provide theoretical and practical basis.(1)The purpose of this course is to focus on the cultivation of students’ mental health and mental quality,which is in line with the development trend of the current physical education curriculum goal,the emphasis of the course is on the improvement of students’ psychological resilience,adopting students as the main body,teachers as the leading,teaching idea of doing middle school and conforming to constructivist learning theory;(2)the implementation of this course in the physical education teaching of secondary vocational school teachers has certain feasibility,and has reached the goal of physical education course(3)the experimental group has a significant difference in psychological resilience score after the experiment,and the control group has a significant difference in mental resilience score There was no significant difference before and after;the students in the experimental group performed better in the three dimensions of goal focus,interpersonal assistance and positive cognition than in the control group,and there was no difference in emotional control,family support dimension and control group.There was no significant difference in the scores of the five dimensions after the control group compared with the scores before the experiment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of students’ skill mastery and physical quality(speed and endurance).Suggestions are given for this:(1)this course can be designed according to the work characteristics of the students of different secondary vocational schools,so as to promote(2)the way ofgroup teaching and teamwork learning should be adopted as much as possible in the physical education course.Yes,promotion Students’ comprehensive quality is more effective.For the students majoring in secondary vocational teachers,we should pay attention to the teaching or training methods to improve the students’ psychological quality by increasing the physical load.But we should pay attention to the organization and management of the classroom to ensure the actual teaching effect.(3)Teachers should pay attention to the regulation of the threshold of students’ psychological stress in the course of teaching.It is recommended that schools,families and society coordinate their psychological impact on students.This course can be combined with school mental health education or career development courses to achieve better results.
