In the past, the exploration of the education on "The Book of Rites" and the Confucian often pay more attention to some contents but not to throughout the book. They use the posterity’s annotation、the purpose of educationthe role、the principles of teaching method、the respect of teachers to expound but ignore the whole idea of "The Book of Rites" and the guidance of the education. "The Book of Rites" contains the education of coherent and consistent idea, if can be used properly, they can mold the human mind and the behavior. They can also influence the modern education and social life. So it is necessary to rearrange such traditional, founding that the "The Book of Rites" is unique and full of value.This study based on the existing documents and materials,aimed to integrated the education thought in "The Book of Rites". This study can highlight the role of the education in group. The study based on the rites and divided the thought into connotation of education、education objective、 education contents、education ways and Analysand the thought in five parts. The first part is the introduction part, presenting the purpose and the significance of the research. To highlight the study on complement and innovation in the previous research. This part includes the use of research methods. The second part is used the origin and essence of the rites. They are the starting point by perspective of rites. It lays stress on the value in the aspects of psychological adjustment,moral education,ideological conformity and the social control. The origin of value and education constitutions the gist of second part:the connotation of education. The fourth part is the main part of this research, including the contents of education of rites. To highlight the inspiration to modern education. The last part is the way of the education. At first it cited a variety of external demand in "The Book of Rites" and the external discipline. Is is also very important on the ritual of internalization. So this study especially describes the transformation from "Behavior" to "Accept".
