School brand management is a kind of operation which is in order to get financial interest, social effect and educational target. School brand management is relevant to the brand resource and brand assets. The process includes positioning, design, spread and update. As the development of the market economy, school brand management has become an important part of school development.Nowadays, there is a phenomenon of ignoring individual and cultural, which leads the school brand management lose of educational feature. School brand management should hold on educational feature and apply it in practical. It is necessary to research the educational implications of school brand management, because it is lack of educational implications; it is possibility to research it, because it belongs to educational fields.As a result, the thesis is aim to dig out the educational feature of school brand management by analyzing its educational foundation and significance.In order to find out the educational foundation and significance of school brand management to students, teachers and schools, data studies, comparative method and historical analysis are used in this thesis.The educational theoretical foundation of school brand management includes of the influence from educational philosophy and educational psychology. Educational philosophy can lead school brand management to individualization, socialization and culturalization. And with the reformation of education idea, school brand management should continue comply with it. Theory of social learning from Albert Bandura and theory of multiple intelligence from Howard Gardner could inspire school brand management. The educational significance of school brand management can affect students, teachers and schools.Study of school brand management is an important and difficult task, and it cannot be lacking of digging out the educational implications, which is in order to hold it stay in educational fields and management a kind of school brand which is full of educational implications. Finally, schools could achieve the goal of education---making education better.
