Study On China’s University Education Foundation Of Information Resources Administration

Now, the study on the theory of university and college educational foundation is still on the initial stage. This paper compares and analyzes the features and shortages of traditional archives management and e-resource management from theory and practical factors, and evolves the existing conditions of information management of university and college educational foundation, put forward the necessity of management and construction of the information resource of university and college educational foundation.The paper chooses the information resource management system of Zhejiang University educational foundation as the case study. Mainly investigates the information collection and management system, the project management system, the collaboration of the working platform, and website of foundation.The study found that the construction of information resource management system of Zhejiang University educational foundation has solved the condition of battled severally at the previous work between the University and the college of relative development and communication departments. Through the information resource management working platform established effective working communication system, and deduced repetitive communication work, advanced co-construction and co-share information between university and college, which effectively improved the working quality of foundation and promoted the foundation values. From other hand, the study also discovered some problems that affecting the management and instruction of information resource of China’s universities and college educational foundation. These problems mainly are:some have not put enough money or undervalued in information construction of foundation; the management system are not really completed; the employees are not professional enough; information security and information disclosure problem become more and more prominent.In resolving these core problems, this paper concludes the features of information resources construction of China’s universities and colleges educational foundation. furthermore, the paper advances some optimization strategies on information management and construction of universities and colleges educational foundation, in order to improve the universities and colleges pay enough attention on information management and construction of foundation, and establish a standard information resources management system of foundation, strengthen construction the profession of staffs; put enough money in information construction. The paper will become a useful conference and consultant for China’s universities and colleges educational foundation to develop in a healthy way.
