The Cultivation And Dissemination Of Shanxi Spirit Among The University Students

Regional spirit is a set of common belief, thought, consciousness and emotion, which is widely recognized and accepted by the local people who is living together in a certain region, which is followed and believed by their citizens. Shanxi spirit is one of these regional spirits. Shanx spirit is draw up by following the spirit of Shanxi Provincial Committee, which is in response to cultivate the core values of socialism advocates actively that is put forward by The Central Committee of the Communist of China, and it is refined and summarized with an ideology of Shanxi people’s values and traditional culture. How could involve the special ideology into Shanxi people’s production and life, and transfer into the consciousness of each of the people of Shanxi. This article is written in base of the university students of Shanxi, which discusses the possibility of cultivating and dissemination of Shanxi spirit, and explores the ways and methods of cultivating Shanxi spirit.Based on the collected materials, I write this article after doing a questionnaire survey and individual interviews in the major colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, then combine the literatures of theory researching. This paper is divided into seven parts:The introduction, mainly includes why I do the research and the significance of it, the present research situation and the innovation of the research, the questionnaire survey method and personal interviews are used.The first chapter -- it is about the connotation and value of the regional spirit,which based on Marxism materialism--consciousness has an important anti-effect to the material. it explains the core values of regional spirit and the relationship with the socialist core value. It plays a leading role in the development of social and economic.The basic problems of Shanxi spirit, includes the extraction process of the spirit and the main characteristics and the essence of it. Which explaines that Shanxi spirit is the organic combination of historical inheritance and the future vision.The third chapter-in this chapter, it discusses the relationship between Shanxi spirit and the university students of Shanxi in details. It shows the important role of the university students in the development, and the reasons and prospects about cultivating Shanxi spirit among the university students in Shanxi.The fourth chapter-there is a a detailed investigation and analysis about the cognitive situation about Shanxi spirit among the university students in Shanxi. The influence of Shanxi spirit should be improved further, and put forward the possibility of the combination of Shanxi spirit and ideological and political education course in Colleges and universities.The fifth chapter-the countermeasures and suggestions of cultivating Shanxi spirit among the university students in Shanxi.
