A Research On Audience’s Degree Of Satisfaction About Chinese Dragon Boat Tournament At Taiyuan

As China’s economy is developing in a stable and sustainable way, people’s living standard is also improving. At the same time, sports events are playing the role of social development’s stabilizer and analeptic and drawing more and more attention. A series of measures, such as the application of Sports Law, National Health Regulations and the State Council’s several opinions about accelerating the development of sports industry and promoting the sports consumption, lay solid foundation for sports’ development in a healthy and ordered way. Dragon boat race is a traditional sports event with a long history and it is becoming more and more popular now. Either professional athletes or ordinary people will attend the dragon boat race. Therefore, how to hold a dragon boat race that makes ordinary people satisfied is of great research significance.In this essay, the author uses the methods of documents, observation, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to make a research on audience’s degree of satisfaction about Chinese Dragon Boat tournament at Taiyuan. The author uses mathematical statistics to analyze the obtained questionnaires, describes audience’s degree of satisfaction from their comments and gives some suggestions about the existed problems in order to provide data reference for the race’s future development and the dragon boat culture’s publicity.The results show that:1.The questionnaires consist of three parts, that is, sports event, service environment and the field’s natural environment. By examining and analyzing questionnaires’internal consistency, it is found that the questionnaires bear good reliability and validity.2.The audiences are satisfied with the general condition of Chinese Dragon Boat tournament at Taiyuan.3.The audience’s degree of satisfaction varies a lot because of their different education level and understanding about the tournament.4.Due to the restrictions of objective factors, such as the field, traffic and infrastructure, and subjective factors, such as the publicity of the race, service and related activities, the tournament still has much room to improve to increase audience’s satisfaction.Here are some suggestions:increase the propaganda, improve the field’s traffic, enrich the sports activities and improve the comprehensive quality of service.
