At present, the effective teaching become the focus of social concern and difficulties,how to improve the elementary school language classroom teaching effectiveness,education teaching are in constant discussion research. This article mainly aims at the elementary school language classroom teaching effectiveness to study, the author combining with teaching practice, using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview, case, the questionnaire survey in Qingdao in 4 primary schools, 600 students,interviews and the 20, including the head teacher of primary school Chinese teacher,found that the existence of teachers’ classroom teaching on Chinese students’ view and teaching view, teachers’ teaching ability, the relationship between teachers and students need to rebuild and students learning bad habits such as the status quo, and further statistical analysis, the result of the survey data and determine the three dimensions of the judgment of classroom teaching effectiveness, including teachers, students,teaching organization form and teaching conditions. Factors influencing the effectiveness of classroom teaching teachers, including teachers teaching idea, teacher’s professional knowledge level and the education teaching ability, teaching design and goal setting, the relationship between teachers and students, Teachers reflect on improving awareness, assessment and incentives. The influence of factors on the teaching effectiveness including students interest in learning, students’ learning motivation and attitude, students cognitive style, personality, students’ participation.Teaching organization form and teaching condition support impact on the effectiveness of classroom teaching is the important factor. Through the concrete analysis of the causes, from teachers, students, teaching organization and teaching conditions support three aspects put forward feasible countermeasures, teachers should set up the new student view and teaching view, make the students as the main body of learning;Strengthen the language learning professional knowledge, improve education teaching ability; Clear teaching goal, teaching design carefully; To establish equality, respect,harmonious and friendly relationship between teachers and students; Evaluate rationalization, diversified; Diversification, homework assignments, to reduce thelearning load; Active teaching reflection. Students should develop good study habits;Actively participate in class activities; Unite classmates, respect teachers. Change the traditional teaching methods and teaching organization form; To strengthen the construction of teachers, teachers organize regular training; To strengthen the construction of school teaching conditions.Based on the research of the effective teaching theory, this paper combined with education teaching practice, understand the current situation of the elementary school language classroom teaching effectiveness, found that affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching on Chinese issues, on the basis of analyzing the reasons and then puts forward the feasible countermeasure, not only to further enrich the education teaching theory, the general education workers can provide reference for our country schools improve the quality of teaching, education for teachers teaching direction, and constantly improving teachers’ understanding of teaching effectiveness, to promote the education teaching reform.
