With the promulgation and implementation of the new curriculum reform,primary school language teachers to try new teaching methods,follow the pace of the new curriculum reform continue to explore new teaching methods.However,in the course of the implementation of the new curriculum standards,many primary school Chinese teachers face the enormous pressure of teaching,teaching efficiency is low,can not meet the actual needs of teaching.In view of this,this paper combined with previous research results,in Xingtang County of Hebei province the author worked for you in rural middle school as an example,the problems and Countermeasures of Chinese classroom teaching efficiency loss.The first analysis of the current research on the effectiveness of teaching,and then by the way of questionnaire survey.It focuses on the factors affecting the teaching efficiency of primary school teachers lack problem and influence,combined with the actual situation of three primary school oral town Xingtang County,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The first part,introduction.In this part,the author briefly reviews the previous research results,points out the main content of this paper,and lays a good foundation for this study.The second part,the three town primary school oral Xingtang County of Hebei Province as an example,combined with the actual situation of Chinese teaching,analysis of three primary school teachers general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy,pointed out the potential problems in the actual teaching process,some teachers are easily influenced by external factors.The third part focuses on the analysis of influencing factors of oral town primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy,including personal internal factors and external factors,and the influence on the teaching efficiency of Chinese teachers' teaching behavior analysis,to the extent,will affect the teachers' teaching,emotional teaching effect and teaching methods.The fourth part,combining with the teaching effectiveness of the existence of an oral town primary school Chinese teachers really problem,put forward the corresponding measures to Chinese curriculum reform,in order to create a good teaching atmosphere,improve teachers' academic level,good language teaching attribution,in order to improve the teaching efficiency of the teachers oral town primary school to provide reference and help.
