The primary and secondary school teachers’ continuing education regulation was promulgated in September, 1999. It proposed "to participate in continuing education is the rights and obligations of primary and secondary school teachers" “education department of the people’s governments at various levels shall take measures to guarantee the implementation of the continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers’ work in accordance with the law”. President Xi Jinping once made a speech in 2014 "named to be a satisfactory good teacher of the party and the people". It pointed that the teacher need to remain the state of learning, standing on the front-line of knowledge development, keeping yourself hard, rigorous, and studious working to constantly enrich and improve yourself.Education is the soul of and rejuvenation of the country, so the accomplishment of teachers directly determines the country’s future. No matter the national policies and public opinion are trying to promote teacher’s professional development and lifelong learning idea. At the request of era, the Shandong province began a wholestaff-participation teachers remote program, invested a lot of manpower and material resources and financial resources since 2008. It uses "technology to change teaching" as the theme, and "excellent class" activities integration to enhance teachers’ researching and teaching ability. The author treated many junior high school chemistry teachers in Shandong Jimo as the research object, focusing on 2015 summer training content, through questionnaire survey and interviews survey, around the remote training content for the applicability of the middle school chemistry teachers’ teaching,training the applicability of the model of teachers’ lifelong learning and evaluation method in the effectiveness of teacher training practice problems such as research,hoping to put forward some opinions and suggestions on the rationality of comparison.This study is consisted of five parts.The first part outlines the specific conditions of the remote training, putting forward targeted questions. It expounds the purpose and meaning of research, and summarizes the existing research results, defining the relevant concepts, and further puts forward the research idea and method of this paper.The second part is the review of remote training situation in Shandong province. Itincludes remote training in recent years in the change and development of the training content, training mode and junior high school chemistry teachers’ professional development statistics and analysis of the results of the survey in Jimo of Shandong province.The third part is the statistical analysis of middle school chemistry teachers’ distance training in Jimo Shandong province. Focusing on the confusion in professional development and demand, we try to explore how to use remote study in an effective and efficient way.The fourth part is the research findings and improvement suggestions for the junior middle school chemistry teachers’ remote training in Jimo, Shandong province.The fifth part is the conclusion------ the expectation and outlook for academic development prospects of the remote in Shandong province.
