With the rapid development of China’s economy, the need to balance work and family conflict has caused more and more attention. Acknowledged as the engineer of human soul, teachers shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the next generation of the motherland. When the teacher’s work- family conflict is high, it will affect their well-being, resulting in too many negative emotions and a decline in work efficiency and the quality of life. As middle school teachers in the compulsory education stage,they should be a group of people whose work- family conflict and happiness should be given more attention. Through combining the of study of foreign and domestic advanced theories with the work and life of junior middle school teachers, the paper analyzes the causes of the work family conflict and discusses the countermeasures to improve the junior middle school teachers’ happiness.Using Miao Yuanjiang’s "comprehensive happiness questionnaire" and Wu Mingxia’s "primary and secondary school teachers work family conflict questionnaire",this paper tries to investigate the Longkou City urban and Township Middle School400 teachers. Through the questionnaire survey and analysis, the paper analyzes the influence of different variables on the work family conflict and happiness, and tries to analyze the reasons for the low school teachers’ happiness.The research draws the following conclusions:Bivariate correlation analysis shows that the work family conflict and well-being of junior high school teachers are related to the specific analysis as follows: happiness index, subjective well-being and psychological well-being are showing a significant negative correlation to work interference family. That’s to say, the higher the junior high school teachers work family conflict, the lower their happiness. Through linear regression analysis, the work interference family entering the regression equation explains the variation of the amount of 28%, and the influence of the middle school teachers’ work family conflict on the sense of well-being is mainly influenced by the work of the family.
