With the rapid development of science and technology, the speeding up of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education, the internationalization of medical education has become an inevitable trend.If We want to cultivate high level clinical medical talents with international vision, we must assimilate the experience of the medical education training mode of developed countries.This article studies the advanced medical talent cultivating pattern in Europe and America and summarizes the generality and individuality of different countries.By using different methods of literature research, comparison,case study and expert interview and based on the reality of Chongqing high-level medical education, the thesis will innovate the high-level medical education pattern in Chongqing and provide opinions and suggestions about globalization of medical graduate student education from the perspective of international vision. This thesis includes five parts:The First Part:the overview of training mode of modern western medical talents.This part mainly discusses two representative medical education modes in Europe and America. It selects UK, Germany and France as the representatives of Europe and compares differences among the three countries. The medical education in the United States represents North America and is the model of the whole world. Its unique mode of medical postgraduate education starts from undergraduate students and the elite education idea of "4+4" is rare in the world.The Second Part:the formation and development of clinical talents training mode in China.Firstly it combs the formation of clinical medical talents training in our country under the influence of western medical education and the reform and development of our medical postgraduate education. Then it points out the problems existing in the process of the development including the ambiguity of resident standardization training system, the immaturity of the Standardized Training of Residents, being unable to connect with international medical talents training and insufficient clinical practice.The Third Part:Current situation of high-level medical talents training in Chongqing. It introduces the distribution of medical school and the MD-PhD degree. By visiting local health bureau to investigate the basic situation of employment and other information and interviewing experts of medical education management, the thesis summarizes the problems in the process of medical graduates training in Chongqing.The Fourth Part:Firstly, it analyzes the new exploration of Chongqing medical university in the field of high-level medical talents training.The model successfully solves the conflicts between degree education and resident standardization training and unifies the multiple length of medical education. Secondly, this paper analyzes the new "5+3" medical education pattern.This part focuses on analyzing the advantages of the new trend of reform to promote the innovation of Chongqing medical education.The Fifth Part:Suggestions about internationalization development of Chongqing high-level medical talents training. On the basis of research about domestic and abroad, combined with what we have achieved in the process of the reform in our school, it puts forward suggestions about how our medical graduate education should be in line with the world.
