Current strong secondary vocational education development in our country, the number of students grew rapidly, and despite the number of secondary vocational school talent training rapid rise, but the talent training quality is not very ideal, talented person quality and the requirement of unit of choose and employ persons is a big gap between, leading to the present situation of the education is a very important factor in secondary vocational school teachers’ teaching enthusiasm generally is not high. Teaching in secondary vocational school students number increasing, the reality of pressure rising background, secondary vocational schools of first-line teachers incentive mechanism is not effective adjustment, the result is that the first-line teachers’ teaching enthusiasm, which directly affects the secondary vocational school talent training quality, and the long-term development of the school. It is necessary for vocational schools to attaches great importance to the front line teachers incentives, fully aware of the work to improve education quality and school the significance of sustainable development, and comprehensive examination in the diagnosis of various problems existing in the current first-line teachers incentive ways, thoroughly break the disadvantages of existing incentive model, introducing the theory of double factors incentive, to better meet the various need of front-line teachers, thus improve their work enthusiasm.This article choose S colleges and universities in a typical secondary school as the research object, combined with the specific contents of the two-factor theory, in order to meet the needs of the first-line teachers as the key point, strive to fully grasp the first-line teachers S colleges based on the specific problems of motivation, hygiene factors, optimize the incentive factors, the maximum improve teachers’ satisfaction, eliminate not satisfied with the situation, adjust the hygiene factors, minimize the teachers are not satisfied, so that the teachers’ work enthusiasm for promotion. This paper for the research background and significance, domestic and foreign literature review, research methods and ideas, etc are discussed in this paper, raises the research topic, has been clear about the research emphasis and framework. Then came to elaborates the related concepts and theories, the key for secondary vocational schools, first-line teachers, relevant incentive theory and two-factor theory expounded, for thesis writing provides a solid theoretical basis. And then by means of questionnaire survey, field interviews to a comprehensive understanding of first-line teachers S colleges incentives, content, effect, and then comprehensive analysis of factors influencing the first-line teachers incentive factors of satisfaction to the first-line teachers incentives to provide the direction and the basic basis. Finally is based on the actual situation of S colleges and universities, aimed at the problems existing in the first-line teachers incentive, two-factor theory, respectively from two dimensions of motivation factors and hygiene factors for the school teachers incentives to build a line, to ensure the effectiveness of incentives.
