It is acknowledged that Incentive measures which play an important role in motivating employees' enthusiasm for work are of great significance for a company,so the managers can't but be fully aware of the value of incentive measures,and try to build strategic and comprehensive approaches to managing and encouraging employees,which will make great contributions to a company's development.The enthusiasm of the teachers has a profound influence on the performance of the private school.Incentive strategies are important means to improve the teachers' enthusiasm for work.Nowadays,there are many problems arising in the private schools,such as low enthusiasm and poor performance of teachers.What's worse,there are many good teachers who have left the schools.The private school will fail to defeat others when it lacks teachers with excellent experience.So the teachers are the most important assets.Therefore,the establishment of effective teachers' incentive measures and scientific performance appraisal system should be seriously considered by the managers of private schools.Essentially,teacher performance appraisal is a special incentive,which has an obvious effect on improving the enthusiasm and quality of teachers' work.By using effective teacher incentive meas ures and scientific performance appraisal system,and only in this way can schools meet the needs of teachers,enhance the enthusiasm and satisfaction of teachers,and schools can help solve the problem of teachers' loss through th e scientific incentive measures,and finally can ensure the rapid development of schools.Thus,if a private school wants to achieve what it wants,it must build an effective system to motivate the teachers in order to help the school to get better perform ance and productivity.So the effective incentive management strategies and scientific performance appraisal system are crucial for the development of the school.Harbin DFH middle school was chosen as my surv eyed object.The questionnaire and internal interview wer e selected as my survey methods.And the aim of the research is assessment of the present strategies of the teachers from Harbin DFH middle school.Using the results of statistical analysis is to improve incentive strategies and ensuring the school 's success.In this paper,it combines the important viewpoints of the authors from China and abroad in order to seek out a good way to satisfy the teachers ' needs,encourage the teachers and finally improve the incentive measures by conducting a questionnaire.By excavating the problems of Harbin DFH Middle School teachers' incentive measures,the writer can put forward the corresponding measures for the implementation of optimized incentive measures.Through effective teacher incentive measures and performance appraisal,the enthusiasm and the satisfaction of teachers will be increased,the stability of the teaching staff will be enhanced,the competitiveness of Harbin DFH Middle School will be improved,and finally the school can achieve the rapid development.
