The key to rural private kindergarten survival and sustainable development is thestability of the faculty and reinforcement, it is also a key factor of rural children’sall-round development of body and mind. The development of the kindergarten needsfrom the actual development situation of kindergarten itself and need to strengthenthe support and safeguard measures of teachers’ professional development in the faceof the current reality of unsubstantial rural private kindergarten teachers in China.Teacher professional development is a continuous and dynamic development process.Kindergarten need to gradually form the support of teacher professional developmentby kindergarten itself which has the characteristics of its own through the way ofteacher professional development and kindergarten environment, to make theteachers’ professional development more systematic and targeted.On the basis of existing private preschool teachers’ professional developmentresearch, this study determined the dimension of the support system by kindergarten,and formulate questionnaire and interview outline by drawing from experts andscholars on the research of teachers’ professional development, reference thekindergarten teachers’ professional standards in three dimensions for qualifiedpreschool teachers’ professional quality basic requirement in the field of fourteen.This study adopt the research method of combining quantitative and qualitative toinvestigate the situation of rural private kindergarten teachers’ professionaldevelopment and support by kindergarten, and analysis the present situation andreasons of teachers’ professional development through the data analysis, exploringrural non-governmental kindergarten teachers’ professional development lag ofsurface and deep reasons, then bulid the support system to promote the developmentof teacher’s professional.The results showed that Yunnan province rural private kindergarten teachers’professional development in general and the lower level. Analysis the cause of thisresult, first, teachers’ professional foundation is weak, lack of professional esteemed, support of modern education concept and self development consciousness; second,small farm size, heavy task, low salary, pay less realistic of kindergarten constrainsthe development of teachers’ professional development. These two aspects are thesurface reasons, depth analysis found that garden this support by kindergarten forteachers’ professional development has a certain influence. This is the third point thatthe support by kindergarten is immature. It lost the concept of people-oriented forsupporting teachers’ professional development, and limit the autonomy and initiativeof teachers’ professional development.Based on the analysis of the cause of the results of the study, I put forward topromote the solution of the rural private kindergarten teachers’ professionaldevelopment strategy is to build and implement garden this support system. First,todo three things to build support system by kindergarten:1.determine the purpose ofsupport system;2.bulid a network structure of the system;3.develop a full rang ofevaluation mechanism for this system. Second, guided by the all-round developmentof human nature idea to implement support system, in order to satisfy the demands ofteachers’ professional development as a starting point, to do:1. In the face of reality,for a variety of social support;2. Find out the status quo, explore ways to moresupport;3. Understand the need, to build a full range of support.
