Preschool education is the foundation of basic education,which lays the basic for lifelong development of individuals.As the number of private kindergartens increases,the number of teachers in private Kindergarten has gradually increased,which become an important component to support the development of preschool education career.The level of teachers' professional quality not only affect their own professional development,but also influence the level of preschool education in China.At present,there are many scholars have done more research on the professional quality of kindergarten teachers,but there are few empirical studies focusing on the professional quality of private kindergarten teachers.This study systematically analyzed the current situation and influencing factors of teachers' professional quality in private kindergartens,and looking forward to proposing effective suggestions for improving teachers' professional quality in private kindergartens.Analysis about the literature of professional quality of kindergarten teachers,and write the initial questionnaire of "Private Kindergartens Teachers' Professional Quality" basing on the " Professional Standards of Kindergarten Teachers(trial)".Investigating94 teachers from four private kindergartens in Dayi county of Chengdu city of Sichuan province.Using SPSS22.0 data statistics and analysis software to deal with the data collected,and summarize the current situation of private kindergarten teachers' professional quality.Using multiple stepwise regression analysis to explore the influence factors of private kindergarten teachers' professional quality.The results of the study are as following:First,on the whole,the overall level of private kindergartens teachers' professional quality is general,and the level of professional philosophy and ethics is poor.The main influencing factors of private kindergarten teachers' professional quality include: teacher qualification certificate,age of birth and educational background.Second,from the professional philosophy and ethics,analyzing found that the age of birth and education background are the main influencing factor.Third,from the professional knowledge,the teacher qualification certificate,age of birth and educational background are the main influence factors.Fourth,from the professional competency.analyzing found that teacher qualification certificate,age of birth and educational background are the main factors.Sum up,it can be seen that the private kindergarten teachers' professional quality ismainly associated with the teacher qualification certificate,age of year and educational background.There are still some problems of the private kindergarten teachers' professional quality:1.The overall professional quality level of teachers in private kindergartens is low.2.Young private kindergarten teachers' professional quality level is poor.3.Private kindergarten teachers with low education has poor professional quality level.4.Private kindergarten teachers with short teaching experience has low professional quality level.5.The private kindergarten assistant teacher' has low professional knowledge level.6.The level of professional competency of private kindergarten teachers in different age classes is not uniform.7.Private kindergarten teachers without professional title has low professional knowledge level.8.Private kindergarten teachers without teacher qualification certificate has poor professional quality level.Effort to promote the private kindergarten teachers' professional quality level,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions: helping young private kindergarten teachers improve their professional quality level.Forming a professional learning community to promote all teachers' progress.Carrying out the management method of teachers' post difference system.Trying out the "three years round class system " to strengthen the professional ability of private kindergarten teachers.The local preschool education authorities should pay more attention to the assessment of teachers' professional title in private kindergarten.Helping teachers without teacher certificate to obtain teacher certificate.
