With the rapid development of Internet technology and cellphone technology, cellphone has become one of the essential digital products for people. Learning with cellphone has also become people’s learning habit. As the basis of cellphone mobile learning, cellphone mobile learning resource, to a great extent, has had a significant influence on learning effects of learners. Cellphones move with people, causing the instability of learning environment. If Internet resources are learned with cellphone, the support of network is needed. Thus, the design research on cellphone mobile learning resource has become one of the hot topics in the research field of mobile learning. By the prophase investigation findings on the tendency of general technology course cellphone mobile learning resource from 40 students of senior grade one and two each, combined with the course analysis results of general technology, this article has selected the first part How to Realize Creative Design of the fifth chapter Recreate New Design in the textbook Technology and Design I as the content of cellphone mobile learning resource design. This study has also designed and explored the content and given comments and development on the resource.This article is made of five parts.The first part is the introduction. By consulting a variety of related references about cellphone mobile learning resource, it analyzes the research significance and the current conditions in and abroad. It also offers the necessity of designing and researching the general technology course cellphone mobile learning resource.The second part deals with related theory basis. It deals with the related theories on learning resource, mobile learning resource, cellphone mobile learning resource, cellphone mobile learning and its characteristics.The third part is the design of general technology course cellphone mobile learning resource. First of all, it does statistic analysis on the investigation findings. Then by the analysis of general technology course and current conditions of general technology, combined with the mode and characteristics of cellphone mobile and delivery system, it selects and confirms the content of the resource. It also analyses the application of the content in the teaching. At last it selects the content to design the interface.The forth part is the development of general technology course cellphone mobile learning resource. Develop the learning resource that can be used on Android cellphones by Plug-in Eclipse + ADT(Android Development Tools) and Dreamweaver. Then choose 80 students from Senior Grade 2 to teach. After using the resource in the class, the resource has been investigated, analyzed, assessed and developed by survey.The fifth part has summarized the work done in this study and pointed out the weakness and what can be done in the future.The innovation of this study is the innovation of general technology course cellphone mobile learning resource. Nowadays, there is a gap for general technology course in the field of cellphone mobile learning resource. This study has tested the possibility to do mobile learning in the general technology course by realization of the design and application of general technology course typical cellphone mobile learning resource.
