"Information technology has revolutionized impact on the development of education". In the key period of opportunity of technological change education of information technology continuous development in depth, it is very important to explore information technology and education to achieve full integration of depth. This study consider the classroom as a research object which is the "main battlefield" of teaching activities, and according to on the model of "visual-teachresearch-innovation", and construct theory and curriculum platform of M-Learning resource based on class.First, on the basis of in-depth research, this study suggests that promoting deep integration of information technology and education should rely on classroom integration, and define the meaning of classroom integration.Secondly, based on the connotation of classroom integration, this study analyse the presence of the many drawbacks of traditional classroom teaching and learns the model of "visual-teach- research-innovation", and propose to adapt to the new mobile classroom learning resources which is named M-Learning resource based on class.Thirdly, by analyzing the current situation, combining with China’s national conditions, and learning from the successful experience of foreign countries, this study explores the function of class converged open course ware and propose functional modules which reflect the characteristics of the information age, such as video annotation, study notes, intelligent tracking, interaction, etc., and take the sharing of resources to national quality class "Modern Educational Technology" for instance, and designs and developes to support these innovative features an open classroom courses converged platform.Finally, in order to verify the availability of platform functionality and practicality by testing and evaluation, curriculum platform is applied in practice, this study extends to traditional classroom teaching classes, and classroom interaction extends to cyberspace, and the online and offline for effective integration of innovative teaching and learning methods, which promotes the subversion of traditional and innovative teaching concepts of talent culture.
