In recent years, the rapid development of new media,the impact on college students is also growing very fast, the right to form a university student sports values act as an important role in promoting the university students to participate in various sports activities make full use of the power of the rich cultural life on campus sports correctly guide students to develop their lifelong physical awareness, and promote them to form a correct physical behavior.From the survey of ordinary college students in Xi’an start new media contact, questionnaires and other research methods to reveal different effects of new media and the degree of physical behavior of ordinary college students, college sports life helps Xi’an ordinary college students targeted guidance to further help Xi’an ordinary college students who develop lifelong physical awareness through new media, to form the correct sports values, promote ordinary college students to participate in various sports activities, take full advantage of the power of the rich cultural life on campus sports, form the correct physical behavior.Four universities in xi ’an investigation status quo of students’ study as well as new media,analyzing its positive and negative effects on physical behavior of ordinary college students, and make the appropriate recommendations and measures, the main conclusions are as follows:1. The new media has become a sport in Xi’an college students get information in an fast and effective way, the high frequency of their use of new media, sports receive regular information through new media, and most liked by web search, mobile media, microblogging get sports information.2. From the whole, Xi’an ordinary college students physical exercise is physical fitness and sports love, these are the new media sports information has a close relationship, it sports behavior Xi’an ordinary college students had a positive impact.3. Students in Xi’an part of the value of new media sports information dissemination lacking understanding, understanding the demand for sports information not clear, college groups of media literacy needs to be improved; the new media itself, the lack of sports content, lack of personality, featured sports programs, can not be better to seize the attention of ordinary college students.4 From the survey of ordinary college students’ physical behavior of Xi’an, the support of the government and various colleges and universities is not enough, for example, in stadium construction, swimming Xi’an some universities, sports equipment activities, too little aerobics class events venue, so College students sports activities restricted.
