As a new media environment,the all media has the advantages of rapid communication,large amount of information,strong interaction and quick release.The emergence of the all media era enables contemporary college students to obtain all kinds of required information conveniently and quickly,but also makes the social environment they are facing more complex,and at the same time,it also brings new challenges to the physical education in Colleges and universities.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other scientific research methods,this study takes the college students in Xinyang City as the research object,and investigates the sports cognition and learning behavior of college students in Xinyang City under the full media information.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of College Students' all media sports information,such as contact time,location,frequency,motivation,use tools,etc.To investigate the influence of all media sports information on College Students' sports cognition,such as sports attitude,sports interest,sports values,etc.,and the development of physical education courses in general colleges and universities in Xinyang City,college students' sports participation,sports consumption and other sports learning behaviors.On this basis,this paper studies and analyzes the positive and negative effects of all media sports information on College Students' Sports Cognition and learning behavior,and puts forward corresponding solutions.Research shows:1.More than 80% of college students choose to use mobile phones and laptops to surf the Internet in dormitories or classrooms,and have a high frequency and long duration of contact with all media sports information.More than 80% of College Students' main motivation to contact all media sports information is to relax and obtain learning information.Different gender,grade,major and other factors will have a certain impact on the utilization of all media sports information.Therefore,colleges and universities should reasonably control the length of College Students' access to all media information,and make scientific online plans for different grades to create a positive network platform.2.All media sports information has a positive impact on more than 90% of College Students' sports attitude,sports interest and sports values.Most college students have a positive sports attitude,sports participation motivation is mainly physical exercise,and sports interest is at the basic level.Therefore,colleges and universities should correctly guide the formation of College Students' sports values,and carry out more sports courses and activities on the basis of Cultivating College Students' sports interests.3.All media sports information has a positive impact on the time,frequency,frequency,intensity,project and participation of most college students.But different grade,gender,major and other factors will also affect it.The sports consumption level of most college students will change because of the contact with the sports information of all media.The main form of sports consumption of college students is online shopping,which mainly purchases sports equipment.However,due to their own economic constraints,their sports consumption level is generally low.Therefore,college students should regulate their own behavior,develop good physical exercise habits,and achieve the effect of physical fitness.
