The development of the Chinese Sports can’t be achieved without the help of foreign elements. The writer of this thesis, having been an exchange student in Gerlven Sports Institute in Danmark for 3 months, have drawn the conclusion that their sports games are so attractive and novel that he, as a researcher, joined the sports research project in HongXingHai Primary School in Dalian which was led by Gerlven Sports Institute of Danmark.Sports games which is one of branches of games supports the sports education in China’s sports lessons,while the Danish sports game, which is included in its primary school’s syllabus, has its own features.With the summary of features of our nation’s sports games, this thesis compares and probes the advantages of the Danish sports games. I took the 1st Class of Grade 5 of HongXingHai Primary School of Dalian as the experimental class, the 2nd Class of Grade 5 as the control class. This experiment started from September 2014 and ended in November 2014. The comparasion and contrast of the differences before and after the experiments were done, therefore the conclusions have been drawn. The following methods have all been used: Literature reviewing, Expert interviewing, Experimenting, Mathematical Statistics, Questionnaire.The results of the experiments show that the Danish sports games were both lively and interesting in contents, the elements were so well organized and compacted that the students in the experimental class,with the maximum of 30 sutdents in every game, welcomed it happily. The engagement and learning interests of sports, the degree of autonomous learning and positive well-being of students in the experimental class were all greatly improved by the Danish sports games, their mental trouble values were reduced. At the same time, contrasting with the sport class of the control class, their exercise loads became heavy, and fatigue increased. After caculation, the specific density and exercise density of the class of the Danish sport game were all higher than that of the normal sports class of the control class. The Danish sports lessons forcused on running, the speed sensitivity of the students of the experimental class had been slightly increased. Conceptually, The Danish sports game forcuses on the convey of sports awareness of “equality” “freedom” and “rules first”. In order to achieve the same results of the Danish sports games in China’s primary schools, we can make this sports game a special lesson,which is organized by man and woman sports teachers for each seperated groups of the boys and girls, and must be given a scientific and reasonable status by the sports administration.
