Medicine help people love their lives, it accomplish the academic mission and the social responsibility. Medical is also an application discipline which has a strong practical subject. Because of these, our medical education get its special things — a high-level elite education which focus on the practical improvement. So medical colleges all have their hospitals which called ‘affiliated hospitals’ to protect the clinical teaching. Based on these affiliated hospitals, every medical college choose some eligible affiliated hospitals as clinical teaching hospitals to solve the lack of the clinical teaching resourse. And the affiliated hospitals has a difference about their membership relation of medical colleges. With the development of higher education, non-membership affiliated hospitals’ number have grown so much. What’s more, two different affiliated hospitals have their own characteristics in education. So how to ensure the quality of education in non-membership affiliated hospitals has become an important topic in medical education career. Objectives:This study aimed to knowing that if there are differences with the quality of medical teaching in the surveyed hospitals through questionnaire and the expert interviews.With the analysis of the differences in the result of questionnaires to the two hospitals’ quality of medical teaching, to provide reasonable proposals to improve the quality of affiliated hospitals. So it can provide rational advices to improve the quality of affiliated hospitals. Methods:1. Expert discussion: invited 12 experts for the discussion about the factors of the quality of teaching in the affiliated hospitals,and the 12 experts have worked in the field of medical education, hygienic administration and hospital management for a long time. Based on the experts’ advices in hospital and medical college,this study could get the necessary information of the questionnaires needed.2. Questionnaire: with the result of the experts’ advices, this study found four main factors to compare with the teachers and students which are teaching and learning in the two hospitals. So we adjusted them accordingly and found the factors which this study needed. Major effects are as followed: the teaching management of two hospitals, the facilities of two hospitals, the teaching effect of teachers in hospitals, the learning effect of students in hospital.3. Statistical analysis: Adopted the Epidate3.0 to entry the data and the SAS 9.2 to analyse the data. Described the two hospitals’(A hospital and B hospital, A is the affiliated hospital which are membership with medical colleges, B is the affiliated hospital which are non-membership with medical colleges) teachers and students’ general informations in two hospitals(include 600 people). This study analysis the data with the way of Kruskal-Wallis Test and get the result. When the values of P less than 0.05 means the different results are meaningful. Results:1. Compared with A and B hospital of teachers’ evaluations about the teaching facilities in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=14.078,P=0.0001<0.05. Compared A and B two hospitals’ student and student’s levels of satisfaction about the teaching hardware in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=25.999,P=0.0001<0.05.So the evaluations of teaching facilities in A hospital is higher than B.2. Compared with A and B hospital of teacher’s evaluations about clinical teaching quality in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=20.956,P=0.0001<0.05. Compared A and B hospitals of student’s evaluations about clinical teaching quality in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=29.055,P=0.0001<0.05.So the evaluations of clinical teaching quality in A hospital is higher than B hospital.3. Compared with A and B hospital of teacher’s evaluations about the work of teaching practice in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=25.408,P=0.0001<0.05. Compared with A and B hospitals of student’s evaluations about the work of teaching practice in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=29.055,P=0.0001<0.05. So the evaluations of the work of teaching practice in A hospital is higher than B hospital.4. Compared with A and B hospital of teacher’s evaluations about the hospital teaching management in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=3.884,P=0.0487≈0.05. Compared with A and B hospital of students’ evaluation of hospital teaching management in two hospitals, we got the result that ?2=0.869,P=0.351>0.05.So we couldn’t think the evaluation of hospital teaching management in A hospital and B hospital have difference. Conclusion:Evaluated on teachers and medical students’ teaching hospitals satisfaction ficilities, the teachers’ practice in to students, the students’ effects of medical practise both of the valuation’s level in A hospital are higher than B hospital. But the hospital teaching management didn’t find the difference. The affiliated hospitals which are non-membership with medical colleges should take more useful measures to improve these factors in the future.
