Research On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Clinical Practice Management Of Nursing Majors In Secondary Vocational Schools

Secondary vocational schools take training practical and skill-oriented special talents as their fundamental task.Clinical internship is an important link in practical teaching for cultivating the ability of practice of nursing majors in secondary vocational schools(hereinafter referred to as NMSVS).With reforms in the management model of clinical nursing and development of modern vocational education,new requirements have been made for the clinical internship.It is a crucial issue faced by the current clinical internship to put internship plans into practice with NMSVS as the training target,and to carry out standard and scientific nursing teaching in order to meet the demand of NMSVS for internships and to improve the quality of clinical teaching.This paper selects 91 NMSVS practicing in three third-level comprehensive public hospitals in Yantai and 49 teaching teachers as the object of study with the method of questionnaire.The studying tools are divided into general material questionnaire forms,questionnaires for nursing majors and questionnaires for teachers.Upon investigation,it is found that the clinical practice of NMSVS currently is deficient in internship plans,the teaching ability of clinical teachers,student participation and practice,supervision and quality control,effect and appraisal,etc.This paper selects ten clinical nursing experts in Yantai and two teachers in charge of internship of students in secondary vocational health schools as interviewees.The interview method was adopted and they came up with specific suggestions and solutions aiming at problems that exist in the clinical practice of NMSVS.Combining literature study and effect evaluation of clinical application,the paper preliminarily constructs a frame of clinical nursing practice,including internship purpose,internship plan,qualification of teaching teachers,internship management,quality control of internship,internship evaluation,etc.This paper introduces the significance and purpose of the school-hospital cooperative training pattern and the clinical internship of NMSVS,and conducts an in-depth study on the current problems,causes and solutions of clinical internship of NMSVS.This paper not only is beneficial to improving the quality of the clinical internship of NMSVS,which provides theoretical basis and instructions for building practicing bases of secondary vocational schools,but also deepens the cooperation between schools and hospitals,which provides strong support for internship management of secondary vocational nursing education.
