With the internationalization of higher education, competition among colleges and universities is more and more intense, the core competitiveness is the teaching quality, the teaching quality is the lifeline of higher education, it is the first condition for dynamic management of colleges and universities and it is the important guarantee to realize the scientific management; along with the higher education normalization, colleges and universities can also measure its excellent standard of modern multimedia network technology applied to education and teaching. Therefore, the application of network technology to evaluate the teaching quality of teachers in colleges and universities, is great significance to establish a reasonable, fair teaching evaluation system. The quality of network teaching evaluation of teachers, is the difficulty of teaching management, a key problem in the development of teaching evaluation.In this paper, the evaluation of teaching quality of teachers and D University F college in 2013 as an example, the use of teaching evaluation of Many Facets Rasch Model on all teachers were analyzed. According to the forefathers’ research results, this study attempts to use the Many Facets Rasch Model developed by the software of FACETS candidates interview scores were investigated based on. Mainly for teachers, students and curriculum of bias and scale the four levels of analysis. In the course of the study, the use of MFRM for each student’s severity and reliability were estimated and compared in detail, analyzes the specific reasons for the deviation in the process of each student scores on specific teachers or of the course, and distilled the anomaly score. At the same time, the results of this study show that the scoring system and MFRM using the evaluation of network teaching quality of Northeastern University grammar school is very good. I hope that this research can provide specific statistical basis for the quality of network teaching evaluation of university teachers, and promote the application of MFRM in monitoring of actual score.
