Higher Vocational Campus Culture Construction Under The Mode Of University-enterprise Cooperation

Today, the development of economic globalization, along with the reform of higher vocational education and the advancement of socialist market economy, the contact between higher vocational colleges and social is more and more closely. Vocational education development in all countries of the world through a process of trial and error, finally summed up the development of vocational education is an effective means of university-enterprise cooperation. At present, the higher vocational colleges are actively promote the reform of work-integrated learning personnel training mode, enterprise culture gradually penetrated into each process of teaching, and obtained some achievements. But overall the connotation of higher vocational culture is thin, many higher vocational colleges do not have a good understanding of the construction of campus culture, couldn’t reflect the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, and students is difficult to meet the demands of enterprises for lack of enterprise environment, enterprise culture and professional atmosphere of culture. To strengthen the construction of higher vocational campus culture is both the needs of the reform and development of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges is the inherent requirement of healthy, stable and harmonious development.This paper, through analyzing higher vocational campus culture and the connotation of university-enterprise cooperation mode and its positioning, combined the talents training mode of today’s higher vocational colleges, put forward that higher vocational campus culture construction should build higher vocational campus culture system to embody its characteristics. Higher vocational campus culture construction can be think of not only from the aspect of philosophy, but also from the aspect of high grade campus culture such as professional characteristics, skills, ethics and quality.The support of social environment and leaders to the construction of campus culture and the development of the university-enterprise cooperation will affect the building of higher vocational campus culture. It is hope that through analysis and research of this article, we can find the way of developing the construction of higher vocational campus culture under the current mode of vocational college-business cooperation with enterprises. In this article, it has certain guiding significance to research the future development and personnel training in higher vocational colleges, and provide some theoretical basis and practical reference to strengthen higher vocational campus culture, so that more skilled talents can be cultivated for the country and society.
