Research On The Talent Training Mode Of The University-Enterprise Cooperation In Quan Zhou Arts And Crafts Vocational College

As an important training mechanism,school enterprise cooperation has been received extensively attention by academic circles in recent years,because it can realize the synchronous development of students,vocational colleges,society and enterprises.Especially in recent years,with the constant upsurge of school enterprise cooperation in running a school,more and more vocational colleges have begun to seek an efficient mode of personnel training in school enterprise cooperation.However,because of the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation is still in the preliminary stage of development,many of our country's Vocational Colleges have many drawbacks in this aspect,the advantages of school enterprise cooperation can not be fully played,which not only puncture the enthusiasm of enterprises and even the vocational colleges in their school enterprise cooperation,restrict the widespread implementation of school enterprise cooperation in personnel training mechanism,but also lower the quality of the talents,and bring huge difficulties to students' employment.In order to solve this problem,we must make clear the target of personnel training,promote the innovation of personnel training mechanism and policy in school-enterprise cooperation,and build high-quality talents training mode and thought of school enterprise cooperation.This paper takes Quanzhou Arts and Crafts Vocational College as an example,to analyze its state of personnel training mode in college enterprise cooperation,and to find out the existing problems,and by learning the successful experience of other colleges and universities,to put forward a series of strategies and policies which can promote Quanzhou Arts and Crafts Vocational College school enterprise cooperation and personnel training.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly explains the research framework and research status at home and abroad the research background,research significance,research methods,so as to determine the ideas and direction of the research;the second part is the theoretical overview section,the concepts such as talent training mode,vocational colleges,the school enterprise cooperation are illustrated,and explains the market economy theory,system theory,constructiveness theory,the human capital theory and other related theories;the third chapter is the Quanzhou Arts and Crafts Vocational College enterprise cooperation present situation,the author analyzes its status in personnel training of school enterprise cooperation,and gives descriptions about its problems,and learn the successful experience from Liming Vocational University and Quanzhou College of Economics and Trade and others;the fourth chapter is to analyze the influence factors of cooperate efficiency in the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation,which include the enterprises,the external environmental,and vocational colleges and so on;the fifth chapter puts forward a series of feasible suggestions about increasing the cooperate efficiency in the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation from the aspects of government,vocational colleges and enterprises and so on.
