Education and talent has always been the primary problem of economic development in a country.Secondary vocational schools have greatly filled the gap of China's technical population and added momentum to economic growth.Therefore,the training of vocational education talents has been paid more and more attention.The cooperation between enterprises and schools is the trend of vocational education.The establishment of cooperation platform can not only test the professional quality of students,strengthen the ability of running schools,but also provide technical talents for enterprises,but also improve students' practical ability and help students Better to the community.Although the school-enterprise cooperation can make the school-enterprise-student tripartite coordinated development,but there are more problems in schoolenterprise cooperation,explore the appropriate mode of cooperation,change the existing model of the drawbacks of the three parties will have a larger benefit.On the one hand,it can help the model innovation and serve the practice of personnel training.On the other hand,the study of school-enterprise cooperation model can improve the students' practical ability and skill level,To meet the needs of the community of talent,the formation of schools,enterprises and students of the healthy development of the three parties,to build a sustained and effective cooperation mechanism.First of all,we have analyzed the existing research results,followed by the introduction of Nanchang health school cases,with the questionnaire,interviews and statistical methods of the school-enterprise cooperation model analysis,summed up the school personnel training model of the main problems.After analyzing the case analysis of Nanchang Health School,we have come to the following problems: the curriculum system is unreasonable;the teaching ability of teachers is not high;the form of cooperation;the practice of teaching time is short,the practice of less;school-enterprise cooperation in the lack of effective communication mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from the aspects of schools,enterprises and students,so as to construct the training mode suitable for the development of talents.The structure of the article is as follows: The first chapter introduces the macro background of the development of secondary vocational colleges and the problems encountered in the development of secondary vocational colleges,thus drawing up the thinking on the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises,and emphasizing the study of secondary vocational colleges The purpose and significance of the school-enterprise cooperation model,in addition,this part of the research design research methods are briefly described,which will help in the following in-depth study.This chapter defines the relevant concepts of this article,and summarizes the existing models,expounds the basis of the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the important significance of the cooperation between schools and enterprises from different angles.The second chapter introduces the existing patterns of Nanchang health school,and analyzes and summarizes the effectiveness of the current school-enterprise cooperation model.This chapter is a case study of Nanchang health school.Through the questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis,this paper lists the main problems in the school-enterprise cooperation,the problem covers the training model design,curriculum system,student practice,teacher level and communication mechanism and other issues.In the third chapter,the author puts forward the corresponding corrective measures in order to solve the problems existing in the personnel training,and to construct the school-enterprise-Students between the benign development mechanism for the relevant research to provide some reference.The fourth chapter is the summary of this article,and put forward the shortcomings of this study,hope in the future study can be considered more comprehensive,so that the results of school-enterprise cooperation research more realistic.
