Quality education and innovation education is the new requirements for school education now. School education is the student studies the cultural scientific knowledge to learn the main position, is also the main way of all-round education on students. With the deepening of new curriculum reform, society puts forward higher requirements on the whole education system, poses a challenge to some teaching. The key link of cultivating innovative talents is that how to make good use of school education is to improve students’ comprehensive quality.In the present countryside middle school mathematics teaching, there are many problems: 1, teaching methods and means are behind. For example, In some place, Should use the numeral form combination method, but used by memorizing formulas or apply questions in the junior middle school.mathematics teaching methods and means mostly back formula set topic main teaching form, only small number of students cognitive ability increase quickly; 2, teaching idea is obsolete, evaluation method is single. Mathematics teaching mainly concentrated in the interpretation of knowledge and evaluation model of exams and examination; 3, lack of teaching resources. Mathematics teaching in the junior middle school is to develop students’ understanding of number from calculation to form the above conversion, in many developed areas can be better help intuitive understanding of the problem, rural schools lack of related resources. So how to make use of existing conditions, the maximum mathematics teaching to improve the proportion of quality education and innovation education is the top priority in the rural middle school.Layered teaching method is adapted to the new curriculum reform of the teaching theory, teaching theory and teaching mode on the basis of the formation of learners’ intrinsic motivation and psychological state, implements the asynchronous teaching, embodies the learner’s non-intelligence factors on the learning effect is good. This teaching method will be a junior high school mathematics course teaching content of elasticity and the students’ individual differences to dissolve into the teaching method. This method is asked for improvement to some extent teaching mode and evaluation system, in this case more suitable for rural middle school mathematics teaching. In some pilot school, it is really played a significant role in differentiating learning for students with different cognitive abilities.
