How to construct the teaching mode of the secondary vocational school, so that the characteristics of the secondary vocational education is the subject of the present vocational education needs to be carefully studied. Taking Hebei economic management school as an example, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research, analyzes the current situation of accounting professional teaching, and puts forward the idea of building the "six section three links" action oriented teaching mode, and discusses the application of this teaching mode in accounting teaching and provides a little insight into the application of action oriented teaching mode in the teaching of accounting in six stages.This research is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, which provides a theoretical basis for the research and conclusion of the action oriented teaching by the domestic and foreign scholars, and defines the related concepts.The second part is the analysis of the problems in the teaching of accounting major in the secondary vocational school. Through the questionnaire survey to the teachers in the vocational school, the necessity of implementing the new teaching mode is understood.The third part is the construction of action oriented teaching mode of "three section six". This part points out that the "six step" action oriented teaching mode is constructed under the guidance of constructivism learning theory, cognitive learning theory and multi intelligence theory, which is the target of the students as the center, which is a new teaching mode which is formed by the students as the goal, which is to improve the students’ comprehensive vocational ability.The fourth part is the practice and effect of action oriented teaching mode of "six steps" in the implementation of the "six section six" action oriented teaching mode, and the author of this paper is to carry out the research on teacher training, hardware configuration, resource development and related system construction. The author also introduces the practice of the model.
