As the promulgation of “National Vocational Education Reform Plan”,the requirements of training technicians has reached a new level.The Reform Plan has introduced some new details of teaching method,course design,and assessment.In the meanwhile,it has formulated a number of evaluation plans such as “1+X” System Pilot Program and Certification.Some Vocational Secondary Schools have made some changes for different degrees according to the reform plan.However,most of the schools still had many issues and needed to develop their new system.First,some local Vocational Secondary Schools could not totally understand the training program according to the Reform Plan,so that they could not run it well.Second,instead of holding a complete idea,they paid attention on a certain aspect of the Reform Plan and reforming their talent training model.So the Reform Plan would not play a good role in their education system.Therefore,this article would start with the current situation of accounting training model using in Vocational Secondary Schools,discussed some of the issues they facing after the implement of Reform Plan and studied the education evolution and training program for their accounting course that was guided by the theory “Course Link Four Sides”.The Reform Plan provided a new idea of evolution and training program for these accounting courses.According to “National Vocational Education Reform Plan”,we would find out how theory “Course Link Four Sides” played an important role in reforming talent training model for Vocational Secondary Schools.Also,we were going to define the situation of accounting courses revolution and core concepts from this research.Base on the theory “Course Link Four Sides”,we would analysis the training program for accounting courses in Vocational Secondary Schools.We were going to research and study current situation of accounting training program for Vocational Secondary Schools so that we could find out issues from these accounting courses.In addition,we would study these issues base on the theory“Course Link Four Sides”.Finally,basing on the Reform Plan and the theory “Course Link Four Sides”,we would think about any issues from talent training model for accounting courses in Vocational Secondary Schools.We were going to make some suggestion and reference for reforming accounting training model,so that we would find out new ideas for their training program.The innovation of this article was base on the Reform Plan.We would use the theory“Course Link Four Sides” reforming accounting training program in Vocational Secondary Schools.We were also going to make some new idea and figure out how to improve the teaching quality and talent training model for accounting courses in Vocational Secondary Schools.We would use the theory “Course Link Four Sides” so that we could upgrade teaching quality for these accounting courses.
