Action orientation teaching method as an important teaching method in theoccupation education, occupation education will play a positive role. In ourcountry, combining with the teaching and the occupation education sportsdiscipline and there are many blind spots of higher vocational education,traditional teaching methods to teach and motor skills, knowledge of thephysical theory of body quality training, training of students’ innovationability, occupation ability is not enough attention, action orientationteaching method solves this the problem, it emphasizes that students are themain body, is the center of the learning process; the teacher is the studentlearning process organizer and consultant. Use of action-oriented method inthe teaching of physical education is still in the exploratory stage, is itright? All of the methods are adapted physical education, only through trialand research, but the teaching method will be advanced, scientific into PEteaching to reach the teaching goal, is worth thinking and to actively practiceproblems. This study combined with the characteristics of Aerobics Teachingin higher vocational colleges, aerobics use of action-oriented teachingmethod in the situation, through the investigation and analysis of theexisting problems, and then from the angle of teaching method, try to learnfrom occupation education mode, so that the organic integration into theCollege Aerobics teaching practice, fully and rationally choose to use toimprove teaching effect of. Research on Aerobics method is reasonable use ofaction-oriented teaching method in higher vocational colleges, to solve theexisting problems, in order to optimize the College Aerobics Teaching, providegood reference for Aerobics teaching.This study used the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviewmethod, experimental method, mathematical statistics and comparativeanalysis, the Vocational College Aerobics use of action-oriented teachingmethod in the case of the investigation, analysis the existing problems inthe investigation, and in the higher vocational college teaching aerobicsteaching experimental study reasonable application of the action oriented.The results show that:1, Vocational College Aerobics status of use of action-oriented teachingmethod of:1) more action-oriented method employed less;2) has a positiveeffect on use of action-oriented method, also can bring negative effect. 2, the current Vocational College Aerobics action oriented teachingmethod exists problems:1) action oriented method in Aerobics less use ofteaching;2) action orientation in aerobics teaching strategy method is notreasonable;3) action oriented method in Aerobics Teaching with teachingorganization is not reasonable.3, the teaching experimental exercises action-oriented method occupationeducation in the teaching of the results show that:1) reduction in the basicspecial technical class capacity situation, students master the aerobicsbasic special technology to achieve the outline of the requirements, theteaching effect not decline;2) to remove the special quality of the trainingis boring, but also to improve the the students’ physical quality effect;3)students have greatly improved in aerobics to compose the ability of teachingeffect, is better than the traditional teaching method;4) advantagescompared with the traditional teaching method, students on theaction-oriented teaching aerobics agree, action-oriented method to stimulateand develop the students’ learning interest in Aerobics5); the studentoccupation education, occupation technical ability teaching effect isobviously superior to the traditional teaching method in the course ofaerobics;6) sports culture accomplishment and social adaptation of theteaching effect is obviously superior to the traditional teaching methodstudents aerobics class.
