Research Of Regional University Student's Career Planning Education

With our higher education has entering the age of higher education massification, there comes a series of problems. The employment of university students is one of it. To improve the ratio of students' employment and the satisfaction of student's choosing vocation is a topic with common concern to the universities and society.Many investigations evinced that most of the university students form their professional idea in the university. So, given some appropriate guidance to them, help them come to occupation world successfully, considered both personal happy and social demand at that time may be the important obligation of universities. But actually, the universities always provide students an employment guidance education rather than a career development education. The faculties don't pay attention to the career planning of the students. If the universities do not reinforce the work about students' career guidance, the human resource will be wasted seriously and the social progress will be obstructed.Regional universities are vulnerable education sector in the whole high education system, the graduates of these schools are minority communities too. Moreover, the career planning guidance for the students in these regional universities is poor. In the recent years, regional universities made some effort on the education of the students' career planning, but the result was not perfect.The thesis consists of four parts. Based on the documents summarization, the first part is a brief introduction to the origin, the research design and the importance of the career planning guidance for regional university students. The second part focuses on the study of the students' career planning, such as concepts definition, constituent elements, development course and subject system of career planning education. The third part analysis the main problems currently learned from the students' answers. Then, at last, considered of the actual circumstances, it should be improved in following five aspects: to set up the Career Development Center in the each university; to promote the consciousness of the whole higher school; to enhance the troops construction of the full-time staff; to establish the local specialized organization; to strengthen the network construction of the employment.
