Feel integrative training is the education system in recent years the introduction of a new type of education concept, mainly through the body of children to intervene, which affect the nervous system development, adjust psychology of a training concept, has a positive effect on the physical and mental development of youngsters’ and children’s. This training method is widely used in integration feeling poor children, can effectively improve the body’s ability to basic, including cognition, action, interpersonal interaction, etc. In this paper, using literature method, survey method, experimental method, combining with the characteristics of the elementary school lower grade students physical and mental development, for a first grade ex-curricular sports activities into the sense of system to study the effect of training.Through to the shijiazhuang city experimental primary school in grade one grade 80 students of sensory integration ability test and physical test, understand the feelings of the subjects coherence and the status quo of the physical quality. Based on this, will feel integrative training using into the extracurricular sports activities, to explore feel integrative training for primary school grade one students’ sense of ability and the influence of physical health, improve primary school grade one students feel coherence, at the same time to promote the physical health of students and carry out the health first thought also has a positive role. Hope through this study, for the school sports teaching to provide a new teaching ideas and teaching methods. Research conclusions are as follows:1. In shijiazhuang city experimental primary school grade one students are investigated in a certain proportion of students feeling system disorder, disorder of the experimental group students’ overall rate was 30%, the control group in the students’ overall imbalance rate was 32.5%.2. The first grade in elementary school extracurricular sports activities in the feeling of integrative training can effectively improve students’ integrative ability, especially for the students’ ability of vestibular balance and proprioception, the second is the tactile defense ability and learning ability.3. The integration of system, the feeling of targeted training for primary school grade one students’ physical quality have a positive impact, especially to the coordination and balance ability of students.4. Rich feeling integrated training in grade one of primary school extracurricular sports activities, and at the same time, also improve the effect of the extracurricular sports activities.
