The reform on Senior High School Courses of a new round began in 2004. At present, striving to develop quality education and focusing on the actual demand of students and educating based on students has become the aim of education in senior high school. On the influence of that, the reform has been in full swing. Curriculum, as the main part of school teaching, has been further released in our country, that is, school based curriculum according to the actual demand of each school is permitted. It’s beneficial supplement for both national curriculum and local curriculum. Meanwhile, teaching in senior high school can process close to its own students. So, it becomes important to develop the school based curriculum in senior high school.The number of Art Specialty students is becoming larger and larger because of the enrollment of art related major in colleges and universities. They have become one of the main parts of the senior high school students especially in General high school. The entrance rate in some school even depends on them. The Art Specialty Students are different from the other students, but use the same books and take the same classes, which fail to develop their potential fully. So, it’s necessary to develop school based curriculum according to the actual demand of school and students which also can promote the development of schools.At present, the art special features in senior high school students the subject is constituted by students in junior high school learning culture class is relatively weak, in order to test the high school into the University, they is another learning professional art, such as long as through professional testing can be in low literacy class score based on also to be able to enter high school. This means high school art talented students culture foundation is weak, and professional lessons they learn over a relatively short period of time, most students did not through the professional learning and training, only to pass the professional examination to learn, this crash means they designed the lesson also exists some problems. And after entering senior high school, they should also learn culture as a culture, and to arrange special time to learn professional courses, which led to their learning time is longer than that of students, but their learning ability is relatively weak, some students have some problems, which means that the old teaching mode and curriculum system to their training is not targeted, but also not scientific.Since the new era of education is to emphasize the need to be born as the students from the actual needs of the students to carry out the design and arrangement of teaching activities, then for the current situation of high school art students can be targeted adjustments, in particular, to establish a suitable curriculum system for them. The curriculum system is the integration of different curriculum categories according to the requirements of students learning. It is the re integration of teaching contents and processes. The curriculum system influences the students’ learning by learning to obtain the knowledge and knowledge structure.Traditional curriculum system of senior middle school is mainly setting and arrangement for culture of senior high school students, the capacity of knowledge and more difficult, high school art talented students in such a course system arrangement learning difficulty bigger, because their basic knowledge is weak. They also learn art professional courses, especially in the high school stage to the professional course training will consume too much of their time, so in the curriculum system in the fine arts specialty students adjustment is very necessary, especially in the teaching progress and difficulties in teaching, the subject focuses on adjustment. From the national policy, the development of quality oriented education in the goal of guiding the country under the gradual decentralization, in the curriculum system is gradually breaking the national single curriculum system and the actual situation is not suitable for the curriculum system, which is to build a national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum three curriculum system, which is suitable for high school art students to provide a favorable external environment.Everything for the students, for all students. From the actual needs of art students in high school to develop a curriculum system which is suitable for the development of art, to fully tap its potential, to promote students’ comprehensive development and high, believe that the high school art education will do better.
