As one of the core competence of high school students leadership,a profound impact on students' own learning,life and future development.With the rapid development of our society and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,the demand for high-quality talents is increasing,which puts forward higher demands on the quality and contents of education.Then it promotes the comprehensive development of students' ability and fosters harmony,The development of people is even more important.The development of high school students leadership,not only fit the needs of social development,but also echo the "people-oriented" educational philosophy.Leadership is the individual's individuality,cognition and social ability of the synthesis,it is the modern society of individuals to develop and adapt to the important needs of social life.In the high school stage,the students gradually mature,accept the ability to be strong,at this stage of its leadership development,training students' individual leadership and team leadership,to help them better adapt to society.In recent years,China has begun to pay attention to the cultivation of college students 'leadership,and the systematic research on the development of high school students' leadership development is rare.This study breaks the view that leadership is the ability to grasp the ability of leaders,but based on the view that everyone has the potential of leadership,The author studies the leadership development of high school students from the perspective of the implementation of school-based curriculum,and takes the "student leader's ability to wake up the course" as an example,and summarizes and summarizes the curriculum.Curriculum experience,while the prospects for high school students leadership school-based curriculum practice prospects.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the theoretical analysis of high school students' leadership development.Firstly,it defines the concept of leadership,interprets the leadership as the basic literacy of senior high school students,establishes the principle of high school students 'leadership development,enumerates and analyze the ways of comparing the development of high school students' leadership,and makes the way of "school-based curriculum practice" detailed analysis.The second part,the school-based curriculum practice of high school students' leadership development: taking Zhengzhou nine as an example.First of all,we define the core concept of "student leader's awakening course" in Zhengzhou,and then introduce the course in detail from four aspects: curriculum goal,course content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.The third part,high school students leadership development of school-based curriculum practice experience summary.In this part,the author summarizes some popularizable experiences based on the practice of Zhengzhou nine,hoping to provide reference for the similar school in the school-based curriculum practice of high school students' leadership development.The fourth part is the prospect of school-based curriculum practice of high school students' leadership development.At present,the leadership development of high school students on the implementation of school-based curriculum is still relatively rare,I hope that through the leadership of high school students to develop school-based curriculum practice prospects,so as to promote high school students leadership development of school-based curriculum practice far-reaching development.In view of the reality of the current high school education,the development of high school students leadership is of great significance,I hope that through the high school students leadership school-based curriculum in-depth study for more schools to carry out high school students leadership education to provide empirical support to promote our high school students Leadership development.
