A Research On The Strategies Of Higher Vocational Education Development Of Hebei Province

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education and vocational education in China. It is not only the important foundation of China’s economic development, but also the strategic focus of the development of education in China.After thirty years of rapid development, the higher vocational education has occupied half of the country on the scale of higher education in Hebei Province.At present, Hebei Province is in an important period of economic transformation and industrial upgrading, and new and higher requirements for the development of higher vocational education are put forward. Higher vocational education is responsible for improving the quality of workers and training of specialized personnels. However, the current development of higher vocational education in Hebei Province, whether in the structure or quality, is not compatible with the development of the province’s social and economic development. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the development of higher vocational education in Hebei Province, so as to find the problems and put forward the countermeasures.This paper takes "A research on the strategies of higher vocational education development of Hebei Province" as the theme, and uses comparison analysis method, literature research analysis method and data analysis method. First pose problems in the introduction part: social and economic development and higher education internal change all put forward new requirements for vocational education. So how to make higher vocational education to better promote the development of social and economic development in Hebei Province, especially the development of the real economy, is the cueernt problem to be solved in the process of higher vocational education. Then, the concepts of higher vocational education are determined and resolved, in order to make clear that whai is higher vocational education. And on the basis of previous studies to propose the definition of higher vocational education in this study.That is the higher vocational education is implemented by universities and higher education institutions, and aim at to provide talent support of high technology to build a human resources and innovative country.Then it analyzes and summarizes the experience of the countries and regions in the development of higher vocational education at home and abroad. And analyzes the current situation and the problems of the development of higher vocational education in Hebei Provice from internal advantages and external opportunities.The problems are that social recognition is still not high, and has not been formed the management system and operation mechanism, and double teachers team construction is not perfect, and higher vocational colleges professional settings and industrial are disconnection. Finally, in the full analysis of the development of higher vocational education in Hebei Province on the basis of the situation and the existing problems, combined with the successful experiences of domestic and foreign higher vocational education development, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of further development of higher vocational education in Hebei Province. For example, change the traditional concepts, and highlight the strategic status of the development of higher vocational education, and build with Hebei characteristics of modern higher vocational education system, and strengthen the institutional mechanisms, and combine the regional economic development to optimize professional settings and so on.This paper makes a further interpretation about the development of higher education in internal and external relations law theoretically in the application in the field of higher vocational education, and try to provide some meaningful references for economic development departments, the competent department of education and vocational colleges of Hebei Province.
