Children are family’s hope, the education of their children is the driving force of family development, and the rise and fall of a family. There is a Russian proverb: a good mother,third generation Haoer sun, mother’s great in the role of family education, no one can replace.But a family is supported by their parents, they are different, the role of different roles, the growth of children is also different, the lack of any one of the children will have an immeasurable loss of physical and mental development. So we can’t ignore the great power,that is, the father’s role in family education. Developmental psychology research shows that early childhood is the sensitive period of individual development, and the game is the leading activity of this period. Children’s social relations include: parent-child relationship, peer relationship and the relationship between teachers and students, different people have appeared in the lives of children, the children have a variety of effects. However, in these effects, parents and children from morning till evening, the development impact is the most significant. On the importance of the mother in education, therefore, a harmonious family,parents with a good family education, is the guarantee of the healthy growth of children.As the times change, more and more women in the world and regions of the world are devoted to all walks of life. With the traditional female role has changed completely. Past father who work outside, to earn money to support their families, now social division of labour tends to androgynous, changes of the times asked his father to re positioning, past absolute male, and female model is not applicable requirements of the development of modern society. Father’s increase in family education, with their own unique way to participate in children’s education is the trend.In this study, 304 children from 3 public kindergartens in a district of Xingtai province were randomly sampled from public kindergartens. The father was involved in the questionnaire survey, the father and the family basic situation questionnaire were used to study the father and the family. The results show that the overall situation of the father’s participation in a district of Xingtai is in the middle level. The difference between the father and the father is not significant. The difference between the father and the father is the only child of the three factors. There is no significant difference in the age of the father and the income of the three factors.Through the analysis of data, according to the theory of ecosystem, the suggestion of promoting the education of father’s participation in small and medium cities: "micro system":to improve the father "s level to participate in the early childhood education.
