A Study Of The Relationship Between Father's Parenting Style And Young Children's Creative Personality

Children's creative personality refers to the relatively stable psychological tendency,psychological characteristics and the sum of self-awareness showing by the individual in the process of creative activities.The preschool stage is crucial in the development of children's creative personality.In 2012 the ministry of education issued the 3-6 years old children's.learning and development guide pointed out:we should not only in the areas of science,language and art cultivate children's curiosity,imagination and creativity,but also to the quality as one of the important indices for children's all-round development.Family environment is the important factor affecting the development of children's creative personality and father plays a critical role in this environment.The role of parents in creative personality development may be different,father usually provide more game time,space and way when he in communication with children.He always encourage children do a lot of exploration and adventure and he is committed to cultivate their children's ability to solve problems independently.All of those abilities are the important basis for the development of children's creative personality.The study selected 120 children and their father in a kindergarten of dalian as the research object,Using the questionnaire method and case analysis,starting from the children's age and gender,to explore the development of children creative personality characteristics.Starting from the father's record of formal schooling and professional to explore factors influencing of the father's parenting.On the basis of that exploring the relationship between the father parenting and children's creative personality,Education Suggestions are put forward based on the research conclusion.The following conclusions through data analysis:1.3-6 years old children's creative personality development level significant age difference,with the growth of the children's age children's creative personality present a trend that first rising and after downward,the turning point of middle shift for children's creative personality development.Different gender children's creative personality development does not exist significant differences.2.This study participants father mainly type encourage parenting,democratic and authoritarian times,spoil proportion is minimal.Father parenting not change along with the growth of the children's age and shows some stability.3.Father's degree have an important influence on his use of democratic,autocratic,and encourage the three educational methods.Father's career has no effect on his parenting.4.The development of children's creative personality have a relationship with father's parenting.Father's unconsistent parenting is conducive to the further development of children's creative personality.According to the results of research,this study put forward the corresponding suggestion:Parents should grasp the age characteristics of children's creative personality development,targeted to boot;Father can carry out flexible open parent-child activities,promote the development of children's creative personality;Father should timely adjust their parenting behavior,take more inconsistent way,in order to promote the development of the overall level of children's creative personality;Other family members should change the traditional education ideas,support and help improve the level of participation in cultured father;Kindergarten should do a good job in home produced basic knowledge of family education,parents seepage foundation for father participate effectively in breeding.
