The development of the society is more and more rapid, and the competition of talents has become the main direction of the national competition. Therefore, we need to cultivate the compound and individual talents which can meet the requirements of the times.China’s education resources are scarce, weak schools are more, so the emergence of China’s large population, lack of education resources, and thus the emergence of a lot of poor students.In these weak schools have long used in the class teaching system. However, there are many problems in the classroom teaching system, such as the students’ learning interest, the students’ learning potential, and the hierarchical teaching can make up for the shortage of classroom teaching, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, so that each student can get the best development.We need to study how to effectively combine the hierarchical teaching and school resources, so that the hierarchical teaching to play its role, and promote the development of the school.The object of this paper is a weak school, the students are poor, and the study habits are not good. The students’ mathematics learning problem is more obvious, There are plenty of people who will never learn, do not want to learn.On the one hand, mathematics in the minds of students is the limitations of the traditional thinking "long-standing", students’ learning initiative and consciousness are generally less, the result is very difficult to improve.On the other hand, class, class number and class 45 minutes of restrictions to take care of every student, unable to classroom of students at different levels equal opportunity to participate.In order to change this situation we must change the traditional teaching mode, try to change the class teaching mode to change the problems of the students in the classroom teaching mode. Through the analysis of the present situation of school mathematics learning, the study of domestic and foreign mathematics teaching reform practice, the school carried out the mathematics classroom teaching experiment research.In this paper, the method of literature, questionnaire and interview, the students in different stages of the investigation and testing, and analysis of the impact of hierarchical teaching on students’ mathematics learning. Practice shows that the layered teaching can improve students’ interest in mathematics learning, enhance students’ self-confidence and improve the test results.This article is made up of six parts. The first part: the background of the problem, the theoretical basis and the practice of the stratified teaching, the development of the domestic and foreign teaching. The second part: the analysis of the value and the necessity of the application of the concept of the stratified teaching. The third part: the basic programming principle, the main body and the responsibility of the high school mathematics stratified teaching, and the establishment of the protection of the high school mathematics teaching management system. The fourth part: the concrete implementation of the stratified teaching in the high school mathematics teaching and the attention items. The fifth part: through the experimental study, the effect and the existing problems of the layered teaching in the high school mathematics teaching application are understood. The sixth part: the analysis of the effect of improving the teaching of the high school mathematics teaching.
