Primary school plays an important role in the study of people’s life or career. Pupils just ended to play, play-based early childhood, and transition to learning as the main task of the primary school stage. Therefore, at this stage whether the emphasis on all aspects of child ability and training habits, determine future learning, living conditions and even into the survival of the state of society. In our school campus, the school gate often see a lot of both parents to send their children to school, carrying bags for the children, anxious to send their children to the seat considered assured; School day, after school hours, the campus entrance crowded with many vehicles, which are able to send their children’s campus street blocking packed; Low-grade students are from parents instead of themselves, parents work hard in the classroom, the children play in the next and so happy. Some schools blindly in pursuit of so-called accomplishments, but squeezed out a lot of student life, practical classes, this is a performance of weight grade and light ability. In terms of train students living, but also to create a good social atmosphere, with parents and schools.The survey selected twelfth primary one, three, five, three grades Dongsheng District for the study. In this study, by the Zhang Liansheng, Zhang Hexin written "primary care ability questionnaire" to investigate the students’ daily living and learning self-care situation.244 questionnaires were distributed, recovered 244 copies,240 valid questionnaires, the effective questionnaires recovery of 98%. On the basis of survey data on the combined results of interviews conducted in this study must be analyzed and explained.Investigation revealed the status of this study is the student pilot self- care and self learning ability, the whole situation is not optimistic about the ability of the students themselves. Research data shows that students in the basic situation of self-care, daily living, learning self-care ability and there was no significant difference between grades, and further the chi-square test was demonstrated. In the self-care ability of students in the survey, students take the initiative preview, active error correction, proactive reading significant differences, and with the higher grades increased. Poor self-care ability of students, families, schools, society has an inescapable responsibility. On the basis of research results, from family, school and social aspects are proposed to improve students’ self-care strategies.I hope that through this research, so that the community can be more concerned about this issue groups, and through the efforts of all parties, and let the some of the existing problems and deficiencies to be addressed.
