The Research Based On Project Management& Vocational Ability Standard About Performance Assessment System Of College Student Advisor

Performance assessment system of professional teachers in colleges is generally according to work-load & performance index. But the performance assessment systems of college student advisor is randomness by the complexity of their work object & nature. In the case of the development on modern education reform, it’s really urgent to model a fresh new and scientific performance assessment systems of college student advisor.The Chinese Ministry of Education issued<The vocational ability standard of college student advisor> in 2014, it has clearly put forward 9 function of college student advisor which provide the policy and theoretical basis for the cultivation, access and evaluation. However, the performance assessment systems of college student advisor is still difficult to implement for the reason of inter-departmental cooperation and complex evaluation index.In this paper, we introduced project management theory to exploit the performance assessment systems of college student advisor, for the purpose we could model the system match with demand of national conditions and control the progress, quality and input. We would follow the project life cycle to develop project management plan, project team, project schedule,project scope, project management office, and carry out the implement experiment in author’s SL College to verify the practicability and operability. In these research, we’d wish to do some contribution for standardization management and professionalization development of college student advisor, and provide a certain amount of material for colleges which carry out the similar research.
