In today’s education, research, education assessment is known as one of three research projects, student assessment is a basic education in the field of assessment, but also paid close attention to one aspect. We hope to foster an innovative spirit and comprehensive capabilities of high-quality talent, and our assessment is to guide students to simply rely on memory and the accumulation of knowledge, if there is no assessment of changes in the way, there would be no learning and teaching model, the performance assessment of the objective is different from the traditional the end of assessment, it is more focus on real students in the learning process of specific performance. With the development of modern educational theory, performance assessment is slowly being recognized, understood and accepted.This paper is a comprehensive analysis of international students in the performance assessment of the theory and practice based on the development, in-depth understanding of technical courses to high school status assessment, combined with my teaching practice, the performance of the technology curriculum in the construction and application of assessment issues empirical research on Assessment of the performance assessment of the student’s position was discussed, and validated the performance assessment of strategies and methods.Paper consists of the following four components:First, starting from the theory, describes the performance assessment of the development process, the background, content and assessment of performance characteristics, performance assessment summary of the elements, including performance targets, the performance of tasks, assessment criteria, and finally through the questionnaire way of performance assessment technology courses in secondary schools in a survey of the status of the application and found that there are some problems in the application.Second, the methodology section of this paper, on how to develop performance assessment and effective use of performance assessment has been studied and discussed, focusing on research problems are described to illustrate the research design methods, and from the assessment criteria, the performance of tasks, the assessment rule, assessment activities, assessment results and reflect on six aspects of a brief introduction.Then the main part of this paper, selected the actual teaching of the two classes as subjects, respectively, the use of performance assessment and traditional summative assessment. In the implementation process, the difficulties encountered, identify problems, after reflection, to solve the problem. Empirical research shows a complete performance of tasks and assessment criteria for the design and performance assessment of the application process. Last through observation and learning effects comparative analysis verified the effect of the application of performance assessment.Finally, conclusions and recommendations in this paper, Performance assessment has its advantages and its limitations, not the best way of assessment, only the most appropriate assessment methods.
