Research On Mild Hyperbaric Chamber Influence On The Women Rowing Athletes Recovery After Sporting

Research purposes:taking Shaanxi province rowing team in the 6 women athletes as the research object, to athletes after natural recovery and restoration of software of hyperbaric oxygen chamber, collecting athletes before and after recovery related physiological and biochemical indexes in the morning. Through the comparative analysis of two kinds ofrecovery methods measured index data to illustrate the software hyperbaric oxygen recoveryeffect on the athletes’ physical function, to explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on softwarebody function level, which can be very good for athletes. Methods:in this study, using literature method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, this paper selects Shaanxi province rowing team in the 7 woman athlete as the object of study. The study on women’s rowing athletes teams training week after exercise were natural recovery and restoration of software of hyperbaric oxygen chamber,through the change of the physiological and biochemical indexes before and after sports athletes to investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the software system of the body.The research conclusion:1 the results of this study show the hyperbaric oxygen chamber on the indexes related tosoftware function of athletes after training speed recovery is promoting effect.2. The research results show that the software of hyperbaric oxygen chamber effect on the recovery of different performance indicators there are differences, have obvious effect on the recovery of the cardiovascular system index oxygen saturation, endocrine system indexes of serum cortisol, material and energy system index of blood lactic acid.
