With the rapid increase in the rapid development of sports and sports performance,athletes also will bear the training load is growing. In order to get good grades athletemust bear a greater load strength, so recovery after heavy load training is also moreimportant. In this study, the software hyperbaric oxygen therapy to restore means toCapital Institute of Physical Education Majors short distance racing as experimentalsubjects to3times30seconds maximum power riding behavior experimentally to studysoftware hyperbaric oxygen therapy on post-exercise fatigue recovery efficacy generated.In this study, the use of literature, experimental and mathematical statistics and otherresearch methods to Capital Institute of Physical Education Majors in six racing classes forthe study, the study subjects were studied for a period of over one month. Theexperimental design with three times30seconds maximum power cycling sport, beforeexercise, after exercise and recovery in three states of physical function, psychological,sports manifestations were analyzed, and two kinds of recovery mode (natural restingrecovery software recover hyperbaric chamber) conducted its own study of comparativeexperiments, according to changes in the body’s attempt to restore the two kinds ofindicators before and after the means to explore the software hyperbaric chamber on theproject after a short distance racing sports body system recovery and human affectperformance, and provide a basis for recovery after exercise fatigue.The conclusions are as follows:1.After3times30seconds maximum power cycling sport, using hyperbaric oxygenrecovery software and recover naturally after the following indicators: heart rate, bloodlactate, oxygen saturation index recovery rate is higher than the natural recovery (P <0.05);subjective physical sensation level decreased significantly (P <0.05); serum creatine kinaseactivity and blood Urea day and the next day in the experimental value compared to nosignificant change (P>0.05), Note: software hyperbaric oxygen on serum phosphatecreatine kinase and blood Urea recovery rate is higher than the natural recovery.2.After3times30seconds maximum power cycling sport, using hyperbaric oxygenrecovery software and recover natural recovery in two ways, blood pressure (P>0.05),hemoglobin (P>0.05), serum testosterone (P>0.05), serum corticosterone alcohol (P>.05),serum testosterone/serum cortisol (P>0.05), athletic performance (P>0.05) did notchange significantly, suggesting that: the experimental data are insufficient to prompt thesoftware hyperbaric chamber for30seconds after exercise maximum power recovery thanthe above indicators of natural recovery is good. 3.After3times30seconds maximum power cycling sport,,using the softwarehyperbaric oxygen recovery and restoration of natural recovery in two ways, display: bloodpressure (P>0.05), hemoglobin (P>0.05), serum testosterone (P>0.05), serum cortisol(P>0.05), serum testosterone/serum cortisol (P>0.05), athletic performance (P>0.05)were not significantly changed.
