The Jino people is the last one that has been affirmed as minority in our country. The paper mainly discusses two aspects of the Jino people, that is as one of the 56 minorities, what its conditions of education development are and when it faced with the merging of education, what phenomena appeared in this process under the policy of the integration of education resources and centralized schooling. In recent years, the national education has received more attention with the continuous development of education reform. In order to maximize the utilization and integration of resources, Jinuo Township Middle School of Jinghong merged into The Third Middle School of Jinghong in September 2010. This paper regards the current domestic research on the history of the Jino people’s development as the foothold to analyze the students’ learning and living adaptability, thus to study the effects of the emergence of schools on the Jino students. Therefore, a good educational policy can be put forward to perfect the emergence of schools and help the Jino students adapt to the transition period as soon as possible.Through interviews and questionnaires, the paper collects some problems of the Jino students meet in the new merged junior schools in learning and their lives. Through the investigation, the paper finds that after the mergence of school, the students and the teachers adapt well in their lives and scholarism as the hardware facilities in the new school are very good. In the face of the better hardware facilities of the new school, the Jino students now basically adapt to their study and lives. The conclusion is that after the mergence of schools, parents’ transportation costs increase. The inadaptation of the Jino students appears in transportation. The problem is of concern is that Although faced with such good hardware facilities in the schools, and the Jino students are quite satisfied with the hardware facilities, will such a minority tend to be assimilated? The effects of education can not be seen within a short time, the national education is more in need for a long process. Many of the problems of mergence can not be solved in a short period of time. Just as what has been put forward at the Party’s Thirteenth Congress in 1987, that is In a One-hundred Year Strategy of a Nation, Education is The Most Important Basic, which indicates that education is a long-term process. Especially for a minority, time is the key to test whether the education is successful or not.
